Cancellation Policy - Light Your Way
Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or special-order items. This cancellation policy explains how to make changes or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select (for example: monthly mystery boxes, candle-of-the-month, wax melt refills, etc.).

Your payment details are stored securely.

You will be charged for each delivery unless you select a prepaid option.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period.
Canceling or Changing a Subscription
You may change or cancel your subscription at any time.
Your order confirmation emails include a link to manage your subscription. You can:

Update your shipping address

Change your payment method
-
Pause your subscription
-
Skip shipments
-
Cancel future renewals
Please note that orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders
By purchasing a pre-order item, you are reserving an upcoming or currently out-of-stock product.
Depending on the product, we may:

Collect payment in full at checkout, or

Collect a partial deposit, securely store your payment method, and charge the remaining balance when the item is ready to ship.
Canceling a Pre-Order
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before fulfillment.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled; however, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement only in accordance with our Refund Policy (for example: damaged-on-arrival or incorrect items).
Pre-orders cannot be canceled due to processing times or changes in personal preference.
Try Before You Buy
(Only include this section if you actually plan to offer Try-Before-You-Buy. If not, I can remove it.)
For any “Try Before You Buy” items, your payment method will be authorized (not charged) at checkout. You will have a set trial period to decide whether to keep the item.

If the item is returned within the trial window, you will not be charged.

If the trial period expires and the item is not returned, your payment method will be charged automatically for the full amount.
All returns must follow the guidelines in our Refund Policy.
